1. Where is the product sent from? When will i receive my order?

The product is sent from China. An average shipping time is 9-12 working days. Certain items requires a handling time to be prepared, like transferring products, customization required and order preparation. Please also pay attention to the shipping notice from the product description. In most cases, we would like not to take hurry orders.

2. Can i have my order delivered overnight?

Sorry, we are not able to provide overnight shipping by now.

3. Can I return merchandise that has been worn?

You can return the order for a full refund without any reason within 14 days after the delivery. But please understand you cannot return the order if the product(s) is no longer in its original condition. The refund will be proceeded after the product(s) was returned in its original condition. A bank processing time is required based on different bank policies.

4. Why my payment was failed?

a.The transaction might be declined by bank, you may need to call your bank to fix it and reorder.

b. Your have insufficient funds in your card.

c. The toal order amount is too high so it is rejected by our payment processing system. Please contact us for a solution if you need bulk order.

d. Other reasons.

5. I didn't receive my tracking number?

Your order is still in preparation or we didn't send the tracking number on time. You can contact us and request a tracking update.

6. I don't know which size to order?

Just contact us and let us know your height, weight and shape, we will give you a size suggestion.

7. When will i get a response for my question(s)?

Usually we will give you a reply within 24 hours via email. We prefer to be contacted via email since that's the best way for our colleagues to sort out the things. Thanks in advance for your patience.

8. Why do you charge my card more than price of your product?

We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the bank as the bank fee. Hope you can understand. Note: Since there is exchange conversion, cross-border fees (Charged by issuing bank) and etc., there is a difference between the actual charge and transaction amount, and the proportion will be depending on the bank.
